What Should I do If My Package Arrived Damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will exchange it or issue a refund. We do require a photo or video of the defective product as evidence prior to processing your request.
Can I Return My Order If I Changed My Mind (Buyer's Remorse)?
You are responsible for the shipping cost If you received the correct product in good condition and as described but you changed your mind and want to return it. You will need to provide a tracking number in order to start the return process.
How Long Does The Return Process Take?
After we receive your return it can take up to 3 business days to process your request.
I Ordered The Wrong Item And Would Like A Refund Or Exchange
You will be responsible for the shipping cost. The item must be unopened in its original packaging. Please include your packing slip and/or order information in the box. Refund or exchange will be processed after the return is received.
