Our products ship directly from our warehouse in Staten Island NY (United States).

We completely get it, we change our minds too! If you order has not been marked as processed and shipped you can cancel it. If you are unable to cancel it when the order is still not processed please contact us and we will help you.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns for buyer's remorse.

Orders are shipped and processed five days a week (Monday through Friday). Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. After your order is processed, it will be shipped and delivered per the shipping option selected at checkout usually from 3 to 7 business days. If ordering from overseas it might take from 7 to 14 business days.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Importing Wonders.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from the chosen carrier to the local carrier in your country or any delays once the package has exited the United States.
