Does not support dual monitors.

I bought this item after reading exceptional reviews. I wanted to enhance my home office experience. However after hooking it up I was very disappointed I could not connect dual monitors after specifically reading it did support this.

Great product, but missing key monitor support (usb-c outputs, 2x)

I like the compact setup, but it only partly solves issues.Unfortunately you can't run two usb-c thunderbolt monitors, which to me is pretty basic functionality if you need it for anything for a more modern setup on a mac. Then the only options are HDMI out or Display port out. No usb-c thunderbolt monitor output support at all. Would be nice to plug a single usb-c thunderbolt into my mac, then this thing pushes out an extended desktop display to two monitors. For $250-350 that seems like a reasonable request.

Excellent for Home Office

I bought this for my home office so I didn’t have to plug a bunch of random accessories into my laptop every time I changed offices. The speaker works well, it was easy to set up and the features are intuitive. I had to download the app and do an update right out of the box (there was no indication to do this but there was a lag in starting video so I did this as a trouble shooting step), but aside from that, it was pretty much plug and play.

A perfect all-in-one office solution

I love this dock and wish I'd invested in one sooner. The convenience is unbeatable: not only do I love having all my peripherals connected to one hub that I can easily plug in and unplug from my laptop as needed, but the microphone and speaker quality is excellent and far more comfortable than my earbuds or headset. Having the mute and camera controls on the unit is a nice touch too. While I haven't really put the noise cancelling features through their paces yet, colleagues have said the sound is clear and can't really hear what else is going on in the house. This has really stepped up my home office game and reduced the amount of clutter and cords on my desk.
